These two rugby clubs are proudly developed by Kampuchea Balopp!
This game was played during the famous Angkor 10s, organised by the Cambodian Federation of Rugby.

Samedi 2 novembre 2013 a eu lieu le tournoi de l’Angkor Tens organisé par la Fédération Cambodgienne de Rugby. Kampuchea Balopp a eu le plaisir de voir s’y affronter 2 équipes de -13 ans qu’elle entraîne chaque semaine : les enfants de l’orphelinat Enfants d’Asie Aspeca contre ceux de l’ONG Pour un Sourire d’Enfant.

Last monday, around 60 children and teenagers, aged from 6 to 16 years old, had their first rugby training with Kampuchea Balopp coaching team.
Divided into two groups, one which comes in the morning, and one in the afternoon, the children from Our Home will train every Friday.
Our Home is an NGO which takes care of about 80 children who are living in difficult areas near Wat Samkosal.
Kampuchea Balopp is happy and proud to welcome these new players within our big family!!

Kampuchea Balopp est heureuse et fière d’accueillir les nouveaux joueurs venus d’Our Home. Cette ONG s’occupe de 80 enfants des quartiers difficiles de Wat Samkosal!
Lundi dernier, 60 enfants et adolescents , âgés de 6 à 16 ans, ont eu leur 1er entraînement de rugby avec nos éducateurs.
Tous les vendredi matin et après-midi, les enfants d’Our Home suivront une initiation au rugby.

Today, The Kampuchea Balopp coaching team had the chance to participate to the first session of « training of trainer » provides by Ripple Effect Ngo, in collaboration with The Cambodian Federation of Rugby.
The aim of this training was to sensibilise all our coach and all the Ngo coordinator we are working with on the value of Gender Equality.
The coordinator of Aspeca, Action Cambodge Handicap, Cambodge Enfant Developpement, Pour un Sourire d’Enfant, Taramana, and our three cambodian rugby coach participated to this « skills development workshop » to make sure that they will be able to spread the same message to the kids we are working with about the importance of respect between boys and girl, inside and outside of a rugby pitch/
This campaign, called « The Good Men Campaign » (http://goodmencampaign.wordpress.com/2013/01/30/crf-good-men-rugby/) is funds by the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports » and coordinate by the Spanish Ngo « Paz y Desarrollo (PYD)” (Peace and Development).
Thanks to this campaign, Kampuchea Balopp is developing the skills of our educator/coach for the benefits of all the children we are working with.

Aujourd’hui, l’équipe de Kampuchea Balopp a eu la chance de participer à la première session de “formateur d’éducateur” animée par l’ONG Riplle Effect, en collaboration avec la Fédération Cambodgienne de Rugby.
Le but de cet atelier de travail était de sensibiliser et de former tous nos entraineurs ainsi que les coordinateurs des ONG avec qui nous travaillons, sur les valeurs d’égalité des sexes.
Les coordinateurs d’Aspeca, d’Action Cambodge Handicap, de Cambodge Enfant Développement, Pour un Sourire d’Enfant, de Taramana, et nos trois entraîneurs cambodgiens bénéficiaient ainsi de cette journée pour s’assurer qu’ils soient capable diffuser le même message auprès des enfants avec qui nous travaillons. Un message sur l’importance du respect entre garçons et filles, sur, et en dehors du terrain.
Cette journée s’inscrit dans la nouvelle « Campagne des Bon Hommes » (Good Men Campaign, http://goodmencampaign.wordpress.com/2013/01/30/crf-good-men-rugby/) financée par Le Ministère de l’Education, Jeunesse, et Sport ; et coordonnée par l’ONG espagnole « Paz Y Desarrollo » (Paix et Développement)>
Grace a cette campagne, Kampuchea Balopp développé ainsi les compétences de nos éducateurs/entraîneurs, ainsi que de nos partenaires, pour qu’au final, ce soit les enfants qui en bénéficient !

For the first time in their lives, the young player from Aspeca orphenage had the chance to visit the PSE center, and to train with their best ennemies. Together, the two best rugby schools of Cambodia*, train during two hours under the directive of Kampuchea Balopp staff.
The aim of this session was to sensibilise the kids of the importance of mutual respect between those two teams, even if their rivalry is also, very important.

* During the last Cambodian championship runs by the CFR, PSE rugby school wons the u11, u17, women competition, and finish 2nd of the u15 categorie. Aspeca Rugby Club wons the u15, and finish second of the u11 and u13 categories.
Pour la premiere fois, les jeunes joueurs de l’orphelinat d’Aspeca ont eu la chance de visiter le centre de Pour un Sourire d’Enfant (PSE), et de s’entrainer avec leurs meilleurs ennemis ..! Ensemble, les deux meilleurs ecoles de rugby du Cambodge *, se sont entraînées, deux heures durant, sous les directives du l’équipe de Kampuchea Balopp.
Le but de cette rencontre était de sensibiliser les enfants sur l’importance du Respect mutuel que doivent entretenir ces deux clubs, sans oublier la formidable rivalité entre les deux entités.

* Au cours du dernier championnat national, PSE a vu ses equipes u11, u17 et feminines enlever le titre, et a terminé deuxième dans la catégorie des u15. Quant a Aspeca, ils ont glané le titre des u15, et ont été vice-champions dans les categories u11 et u13.

This week, on wednesday, Kampuchea Balopp restart the rugby season in PSE center (Pour un Sourire d’Enfant, french Ngo). Around 30 kids aged from 10 to 14 years old enjoyed the 90 minutes session under a very much appreciate rain..
This season, Kampuchea Balopp will train 4 groups in PSE center.
– Every Monday or Friday, from 6pm to 7.30 pm: Under 15
– Every Wednesday from 9am to 11am or from 3pm to 5pm: Under 11 and Under 13.
– Every Wednesday: from pm to 7.30 pm: Women team

Mercredi dernier, Kampuchea Balopp a lance la nouvelle saison de rugby au sein de l’ONG francaise Pour un Sourire d’Enfant (PSE). Une trentaine de joueurs ages entre 10 et 14 ans se sont entraînés, 90 minutes durant, sous une pluie extrêmement appréciée, tout autant que le terrain glissant et boueux … !
Cette saison, Kampuchea BAlopp entrainera 4 differents groupes au sein de PSE.
– Tous les lundis ou vendredis, de 18h a 19h30: les Moins de 15 (U15)
– Tous les mercredis de 9h a 11h, ou de 15h a 17h: les u11 et U13
– Tous les mercredis, a partir de 19h30; l’equipe feminine
